I bought a Fisher Price baby monitor but it's awful. All I hear is static and would love to find out which one has a clearer sound. What I have now is useless.

What is the Best Baby Monitor? Do I need Digital or Analog?

What brand and type of baby monitor would you recommend? I didn't read or looked into all the different types of monitors on the market. What features would you say one needs? Video, or sound only, digital or analog. I definitely do not need a big screen monitor. Just curious about the ones that say vibrate, digital, sound only, etc.
And What Brand do you recommend??

If you're getting a handheld baby monitor that you know you're going to use every day, you should find a device with two or three handheld devices. This way, both parents will have a monitor and can get to the baby quicker.

The base for the monitor should be placed in the kitchen or in your bedroom, so that you'll always know where the charging device is.
